Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

The judge in my case ordered a non jury trial for my divorce on the 17th and I will be out of country on vacation that has already been paid for during that week. I need to know if there is a way to move the court date to a later date so that i do not waste my vacation? I cannot get a refund for the trip because it is to close to the date already.

Only the judge can decide that. File a motion to continue your trial and get your motion set on the docket sometime before the 17th.
