Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

What happens if the judge on my divorce case is impeached? Is that grounds for a rehearing? The judge I have been before has a case going before congress based upon judicial misconduct.

While the Judge is under judicial review, he should have removed himself from his current work load. I suggest you contact the court and request a different judge. Depending on the judicial misconduct, it may or may not impact your case.
