a judge
me and my ex husband have been going to court for the same issues with the same judge since 2002 and i have not received a fair hearing through the years and we went to court last week found out the judge is the register agent over my ex husbands business and the judge and ex husband & attorney knew it all these years and all three said NOTHING AND DENIED it ,the judges son we thought was the agent,the judge denied it was him and said he wont resign off the case then we gave him the papers saying that we had proof and he needed to think about this he went to talk to his attorney left us in the court room at the table for almost 1 hour finally came back and said he resigned as the judge because he was the attorney that signed the papers and they all lied meand and my attorney right at the table and my attorney walked out is this legall? do i have a civil case here ?

You may be entitled to a completely new hearing depending on the facts. In addition, you could file a complaint against all , if you have proof they knew of the situation.

It certainly sounds as though there might have been misconduct and possibly malpractice. Whether you can start a legal action or appealin and whether you would be successful depends on many things including what you were in court for in the first place. You need to have a consultation with an attorney who can get all the facts from you and evaluate the case.
