Judge orders marriage counseling
My soon 2b x & i had a court date for dissolution of our marriage. The judge ordered 90 days of couseling. I would like to eschew this as we tried it previously in our marriage. Can i motion the court to proceed with our divorce and squelch the counseling? Neither one of us has an attorney... Money problems. -thank you.

If there are children, it is mandatory; if not it is up to the judge. There are plenty of free ones out there. Check your community/church resources They are generally free. Also the Court Clerk's office might know.
