Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

If a Judge will look at cohabitation as a way to modify or terminate alimony, will they also look at the fact that the one paying alimony is remarried to a working spouse? Can this be a 2 way argument for an attorney? I am about to have ex try and have his alimony to me modified or terminated..He retired so as to be able to do this,he is not of legal retirement age, he is only 55..
