Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

On July 1 the judge signed a disaloution of marriare there is still child custody pending it took me 3 years and a lot of money to get this divorce. On July 1 his lawyer filed with the family courts Notice of Unavaitiability. Can you tell me what this might mean?

The lawyer filed a Notice of Unavailability because he was going to be unavailable in the event there was to be a hearing, or other court proceeding. Hopefully you will be able to work through the rest of your divorce proceedings.
