Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

IN june i the grandmother went to alabama to be with my daughter she had another child so i took her two yr and came to florida with him to help her now the father was in jail in alabama no help for now he out and down here in fl he took the son for a weekend visit and want being him back this man is running from the law in alabama i just found that out what to do

Have the daughter contact the police department to have the child picked up.
