Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

In June 2008, after I was unemployed for over 5 months, my husband suggested I do escorting to bring in the extra income needed to pay for the mortgage and other things. I agreed.

In July 2009, he put me in jail, served divorce papers on me, has slandared my name with my family, friends and church people. Has taken my photos, journals and even filed an injunction against me under false accusations. He has acted as if the escort profession was something he "suddenly" found out about.

My question is, is there anything I can do legally/through the court system to stop him from continuously degrading my name this way?

So he's telling people you were a prostitute? If it's true, you can't stop him.
