Jurisdiction in another state
My children have lived with me in Mass. over 9 months, Mass law say's jurisdiction is 6 months if I file for Registry and motion for Modification of Foreign Decree is Florida Palm Beach County a 6 month child jurisdiction state or do they have a 1 year jurisdiction?

You are confusing issues. In order to prevent people from finding other state courts more friendly to them, Congress and the states have laws that generally provide that the court having first decided custody retains the right to decide any changes.
The six months applies to a new case, not one started in another state.
