Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

my ex is keeping my children away from me not respecting the temporary order. My lawyer says he cant file for contempt because I owe him $1500. What can I do to see my children? Can I contact the court? Send a letter to the judge? Call the police?

Either pay your attorney so he will file papers or hire a new attorney who works cheaper.
