Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

I have not seen my kids but for 3 hours in past 3 years. support wants 600.00 p

have tryed 18 months to change support payments of 600.00. work daylabor support took my c.d.l.ex's requested for missing 30 days of support.Courts will not give ex's address. told them she was in fear of her life.lives 1500 miles away. Courts have let me see my kids no more than 2 hour in a 12'x12'room filmed. Haven't seen but 3 hours in past 2 1/2 years got out of jail in Jan,over support.now homeless.tryed to get food stamps can't since didn't have a job to pay support. tryed to pay small amounts. have to go back to court once more for missing payment, legal aid told can't help ''confict of intrest''.ex has told me nonething about our children in 3 years!We have joint cust.Courts told me I cannot ask my kids any personal info. nor, can I mail them a paper heart told that is ''infactuaction''.Last hearing ex told I was not paying. I showed a check stub I was. the judge told me to get out of his courtroom! i was a con.I cannot even go in to the courthouse without a bailff escourting me! told ''the judges don't want you here''.

I am not sure what question you wish to have answered. If you are unable to pay for an attorney, you may wish to contact the Florida Bar Association to determine if there are any attorneys in who are taking pro bono cases.
