Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

I have two kids with my ex.... but we were never married and I want to consider moving out of the state and I want to find out how I can go about doing that legaly... and what rights he has as the father to challenge me...

You should take a look at Florida Statutes, Section 61.13001 Parental relocation with a child.--
