Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

kids refuse to go

my kids are 11 and 15 and per my divorce agreement they are to visit their mother every other weekend. they have refused to go for the past few months. are there any legal proceeding that i can go through to get full custody and stop paying child support and if so what is the probability? at their age will a judge ever remove the mandatory visitations in place and allow them to go visit at their at their discretion?

Re: kids refuse to go

The likeliest scenario is that the court will want psychological evaluations of the children. But why are you paying child support if the kids live with you? Mom should be paying you child support. You can call my office for a free telephone consultation.
