my kids was temporary placed wt father in orlando Fl. i curantly staing with friends in gainesville fl.
i do'nt have an apartment, no job, i am hoping to go to new york temporary for 6 to 8 months to work. then move back to orlando to be closer to my kids. the father want full custidy of kids before i leave and refuses to pay back child support that was owed. what should i do please help me.

First of all, do you have an outstanding child support order and has the father filed any pending paperwork with the Court? Additionally, why are the kids temporarily with their father in Orlando, FL? Is there a timesharing order in place [something that states "custody" and visitation arrangements that was ruled by the Court]? What is the present visitation arrangement between you and the father as to the kids?
