how do i get some kind of custody of my child , I have had a paternity and yes was 99 % positive? The mother did not let me sign the birth certificate but does know I am the father. She refuses to let me see him at all , I just want joint custody but she refuses to even speak with me.

You will need to file a Petition for Visitation, Custody and Child Support along with establishing a parenting plan and attach as your exhibit proof as to paternity. You need to file a Petition to Establish Paternity a Parenting Plan and Time Sharing. This has to be filed with the circuit court and served on her. Note that once Paternity is formerly established you will also be responsible for child support.
