Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

What kind of trouble can a married woman get into, if:

she is separated from her spouse,

the spouse spends the nights away from home (he has been cheating on her for a long time),

the wife has proof - very explicit naked pictures that the husband took of this woman that he refers to as his "business partner" for many years

the wife starts dating a man before the divorce is final. P.S. I have two children 10 and 13 year old with this abusive husband of 15 years.

No trouble. It's not illegal, and as long as the kids are not exposed to the wife and the new boyfriend sleeping together, it shouldn't affect the custody case.
