Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

Is there a law in Florida that states a child can not be taken out of state by a parent who is sharing custody? This is for a one week visit with relatives.

Depends on your papers for visitation. As to a law, Florida states that you may not relocate with a child without having obtained a court order. This is not the same thing as your question.
