Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

is there a law protecting my child from obscene lyrics in songs that her father downloaded onto her mp3 player against her wishes? she is 9 years old. songs on her player include: smack my b**** up by prodigy.

case history is her father and i are divorced, her father has been found with extreme hostility and anger management issues. his visitation priviledges have been suspended with our oldest daughter (age 13) at the latest court hearing in December 2009.

there is more, but in this venue I will keep this brief.

any help is appreciated to help protect my child(ren) from further mental abuse at the hands of their father.

Apply to the family law court for an order prohibiting this. It will be up to the judge.

Remove his visitation, per court order, as you did with the oldest daughter.
