Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

is there a law that can punish a woman who is married and had an affair and had this baby from the other man? the actual husband recognized the baby, now husband left her and she wants to put biological father on child support. what steps are there to take in a case like this? Please help!

There is a law against adultery, but I've never seen it enforced.

She needs to file a child support case against the father. She should get a lawyer to help her with this. She may also be able to get assistance from Child Support Enforcement.
