Legal Question in Family Law in Florida
What is the law
My son is 16 and a 25 year old woman has had his child.the baby is living with me I hated to see where he was at.but things are not legal yet. Is their a law about this can she go to jail...Is their a good chance that I could get the baby by the courts????

If she was only 24 at the time of the sexual contact, there may not be any criminal conduct. As for custody, the answer is "possibly." However, the parents are automatically legal guardians and have to be found unfit or relinquish their parental rights before someone else can have legal custody.
