Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

what should i not do if my lawer dissapers in thin air and will not and has not returned my calls for over 25 days while they hold a retainer and time senisitive hering info .while i have a restraning order on x and have a 11 old son which i can not communicate with with out a blood sucking lawer ,,this would be the 2nd lawer who has took my $ and ran who can i contact to make sure this dosent happen to some other helpless client???????? tom

Airing on this forum is not in your best interest. I would bet that you owe additional funds on your retainer and until paid the attorney will not represent you. I suggest you pay your retainer in full so that you will have proper representation. If on the other hand you really have paid and no results have occurred then I suggest you contact the Florida Bar and file a complaint and request your funds back.
