Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

Hi LawGuru,

I live in the state of Florida and I have a 6 (almost 7) year old daughter. Her mother and I were never married but separated over 3 years ago. We agreed on all of our child support items and I have an email trail that confirms everything we agreed to. Additionally, I pay what I can with checks so I can refer back to if needed. In the past 3 years, she has already married (her first time) and I will be wed in the next 3 months. My question is more about protecting my future wife. Once I'm married will my daughter's mother be able to take both my wife and I to court to ask that child support payments be raised?

thank you for your reply.
