what laws say about prison divorces are the parties concidered seperated and eligible for a quickie divorce

You must be a resident of FL for six months and the marriage must be irretrievably broken. A quickie divorce is an uncontested one, and the parties must agree on all issues in order for the divorce to be uncontested.
