Lawsuit settlement - Is my husband entitled to half?

My son and I are involved in a personal injury lawsuit. My son is expecting to receive a settlement soon. I too am expecting to receive a small settlement for pain and suffering. My husband and I are also planning on filing for divorce. My husband is not my son's father. Is my husband entitled to any of the settlement money if we should get a divorce?
