Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

I would like a lawyer to help me enforce a promisary note . My daughter signed a promisary note saying she is to pay me 1000.00 dollars a month starting 9-09 and so far I have not received a dime and it is now June of 2010. She has put me in dyer straights with no income other than my ss check.She borrowed the money for a business she opened and operates today. I worked there for her so she wouldn't have to pay anyone and I worked for free. Now she doesn't want me there. and she doesn't want to pay me . All I want is for her to pay me the 1000.00 dollars a month she promised I know she can't pay me the full 50000.00 dollars she owe's me all at once. Please help me before I loose my home etc.
