hi there: i need lawyers for the following scenarios.
1. my ex was seduced by obstetrician (our son�s birth ob) breaking all ethics and ended up in sexual relation contributing to end of family unity. 1 year ago i learned abt this.
2. hallandale, fl cops involved in investigation for child abuse by mother ended up having sex in front of my son contributing to sexual exposure, and severe psychological traumas to my son. 4 months ago i learned abt this.

The first scenario sounds like alienation of affection. Under Florida law you can't sue for this. Second situation involving child abuse you should file for Modification of child custody asap.
Carolyn Jones is right on point. The alienation of affection is long gone in Florida. However, the second situation is something you should immediately file. Modificationof Child Custody and certainly contact DCF to investigate.
