Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

I need a laywer but need a rough estimate on how much i need to be able to get one, about how much is a divorce involving a child. Keep in mind my husband has a record of violence and has sent me letters aplogizing for being abusive, which I would think would give him a less fight chance of getting our son.

You haven't provided much information for a lawyer to judge the cost of your case. In your area, you should probably expect to pay between $2000 and $10,000 for a divorce. But all divorce costs vary greatly depending on how much you fight.
