Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

Can I leave the country to relocate while going thru a divorce with a minor child? The father is not in her life nor pays child support,he has left it all up to me and I cannot survive here any longer. I need to be with family.

file a petition with the court to relocate and state your reasons. Have you child's father sign a consent to relocation. Set a hearing.
