if i had to leave my house for my own safety because the situation was bad in the house we have children I've only been gone a week and when i call or try to see my child or retrieve my property i have to call the cops for stand by because the mother (my wife) does not cooperate and before i loose the bond with my child while the divorce going on how do i go about seeing my child without trouble

I would petition the court for visitation rights which can be accomplished by submitting a temporary parenting plan. You may also have things set up where your ex has to drop the kids to a facility that will assist in the transfer of the children so that they are not witnessing that hostile environment (and you can avoid the drama as well). You DO NOT have to wait until the divorce is finalized to take action. If you have an attorney representing you in your divorce, speak with him/her regarding this.
