Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

My ex wants to leave to the Middle East with my 3 year old daughter to be with his mother who has been in a coma for 3 days now. He wants me to sign a document I have not seen yet. What can I do to protect myself as much as I can legally, that he will have to return?

This is a terribly sad situation. You might want to contact an immigration family attorney for this information. One question that should be at the top of your list is will the United States be able to enforce an Order in that country. The answer is probably no.
