Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

Leaving the state

I already live out of state and my court order for visitation states that if I leave the state that I need to provide my ex with the itinerary. I was not able to give her an itinerary before I left just over the border for a day. Now two months later, she said she is taken me to court and alleging kidnapping. What are my rights?
