Legal Question in Family Law in Florida
I left my abusive military husband on December 11th and moved to floridav( my state of residency) with my parents. He currently offers me no support and being married to him keeps me from qualifying for financial aid or state insurance programs. He is being seperated from the navy in september of this year, I do not currently live near a military health facility ( I have tricare prime ) and I have a kidney condition that requires me to see a dr on a pretty regular basis. We have two children. Is there any way possible that I can file for divorce now? Or do I have to wait two more months? I desperately need to get this divorce.

You must wait. However, you don't need six months residency to file for "legal separation" or what's called a "petition for support unconnected with dissolution," which will do what I think you need. Then, when two months pass, you can convert your case to a divorce by filing a new petition and paying the extra filing fee.
