Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

Left Child Behind to Work in another state

Had a court order for my ex-girlfriend to leave state with my son and to live with her parents. The court order is less than 9 months old. She has moved out of her parent's within 3 months of the order and moved in with her grandparents with the child. I soon to find out that she has left the child with her mother to work out of state. She plans to be away for 6 months and leaving the child behind with her mother. Is this fair. Shouldn't I have the right to raise my son and have her being the one to have visitation? Can an order be changed under this circumstances. Where would I go to change the order if possible since my son leaves out of state.

This change of circumstance should be brought to the courts attention.
