Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

I left my ex husband due to abuse and because I had nowhere to go and no vehicle or job I was forced to leave my three little girls with him. I re-married and have another child with my new husband and we moved to AZ for him to accept a job. My ex has kept me from my girls for over a year and a half, despite my best efforts of enforcing the visitation schedule. I have verifiable proof of his contempt as well as copies of his old police records showing his abuse of alcohol and domestic issues. I filed a petition to modify custody and he answered (with lies that I have verifiable proof of) and upon calling my family coordinator at the Duval County Courts, was told that they are going to be scheduling us for mediation. I really need help. Is there anyone in the Jacksonville area that can help me get my girls? My husband and I don't have much money but we are willing to part with every penny we have to get this resolved, I can't go any longer without seeing my girls...

Sounds like you have the court involved already. Having left your daughters to then rematty and have other children and then to further leave your daughters by moving across the country you will not present a sympathetic picture.
