Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

I left my husband in NV with everything in the whole house, which he sold most of it, and I started my life again in Florida, with all the help of my sons biological Father, he purchased or supplied me with the money to get started again. Well we tried again and he moved to Florida, but same problems would a judge be fair, in distribution of the assets, he also says he will file contingency after contigency, on what I don't know, would the Florida law allow him to, I heard a divorce is pretty much straight forward, and that's it. Thank you so much for your help.

I have no idea what your question is. Would a judge be fair? Yeah, I guess so. They usually are. Why do you think a judge wouldn't be fair? Also, wouldn't your husband be filing in Nevada, if he is the one who files? What the heck is a contingency?
