Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

I left my husband and reestablished my life in Florida without him - my son and I furnished our home with my money - my husband wanted to try again so we did - it is not working - same problems - my question is - is he intitaled to any of the household furnishings that I purchased with my funds BEFORE he re-entered our lives.

Yes, you were married at the time so you used marital funds to buy the furnishings. Separation is nullified when you get back together, so it's considered an intact marriage. Very often, judges will give you a break, though.
