Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

I left my husband Sept. 2015, my kids are currently living with him due to the fact that they don't like my male roommate. He now wants to take them out of state without my written permission. I have not yet filed for divorce or custody. In the state of Florida, what kind of recourse do I have if he takes them before I can file?

IF nothing has been filed and the two of you are still married, then he has as much right to the children as you do. Therefore no recourse at this time.

None. You are married and you haven't filed for dissolution.
