Legal Question in Family Law in Florida
I just left my husband who is stationed in fort lewis, wa. that is 3000 miles away from here so will a judge make me put my 2 yr old on a plane alone to go visit him?

It's not very likely. One of you will probably have to travel with your child on the plane.

No, the child is too young to travel alone. However, you can have someone travel with him to be sure he arrives for visitation if you are not able to do so. In the meantime you may want to file a modification of visitation rights as this can be costly and you need to determine who will be paying these fees - ie split the cost, how often.
