ex left job/I was not notified

I served my ex husband with an income deduction order by certified mail several months ago. I received one check, and then a few weeks later I heard thru the grapevine that he had quit his job. The IDO states that the employeer should notify me when he no longer provides employment for my ex. He never did this. Do I have any recourse against his old employer?
