he left me
he left me in may of 2007 and we got married in febuaray of 2007. he left me cause i dont really know.no i am pregnant with spme one elses baby and i been wanting a divorce since he left cause he leftme. i moved to florida and he lives in georgia. what do i do now.

If you have been in Florida for at least six months you can file for Divorce here. A process server can serve papers on him in Georgia. If you last lived as man and wife in Georgia any property located there would have to be addressed by the Court there, but the Florida Courts can end your marriage.
The baby will be presumed to be your husband's in the eyes of the law. Your husband may need to take a DNA test to determine paternity.
