I Left Him
I was never married but lived with boyfriend 10 years and I left him. He did not allow me to take our daughter and because of the fight I left to spare her stress. It has been 2years now and I want my daughter. Would I get in trouble if I just took her? I was afraid of my ex before but I am a stonger person now. Please help.

It really depends on the situation. Has the case been in court yet? Has a custody order been issued yet? If nothing has been done, you need to petition for custody. You will have to show that your having primary residential care is in the best interest of the child. In the mean time, if there is no custody agreement or order, you technically are allowed to have your child at least 50% of the time.
