Legal action against current attorney

I am currently going through a divorce that has taken two years with no help from my attorney, i am now filing bankruptcy and my lawyer fees will be included, is it illegal for him to go to my husband for the money and tell him i filed bankruptcy?

I am unaware of any law or regulation that would preclude your attorney from divulging a bankruptcy (a matter of public record) or seeking attorney fees from your husband.
