She is very unstable and is on medication for depression and other issues . Also in fl is there a law that states my child should have her own room or bed?

What is the current time-sharing arrangement with yuour daughter? Depending on how much time you have with her now, you may be better served to file a Supplemental Petition to modify the time-sharing arrangement rather than continuing to file contempt motions.
I would suugest that you contact a family law attorney in your area to discuss your options.
I believe I would file a Supplemental Petitiion to Modify the child custody, child support and time shareing arrangement. Based on what you have stated, if you have police reports and if you have a report from the child's physician as to her physical health - I would move forward. YOu might also want to get the evidence needed on the DUI - was she on prescribed drugs? If her physician did not give her any then you might have some result with that as well. You will need to ask the court to appoint a guardian ad litem to verify the child's whereabouts, friends, school etc.
As to the room question, if your ex was living in section 8 housing - they have certain rules as to children and rooms in the house.
