Child is not a piece of property. Who has custody? Do you have any court papers?
If the Court previously addressed custody, take him back before the Court on a Motion For Enforcement/Show Cause (Contempt).
If the courts have never been involved, then it is time to have a Judge/Magistrate address custody and child support.
If you opt to proceed without the assistance of counsel, be aware that you will not be entitled to a do over if things go badly.
The above information is provided without any consideration/payment having been received, and without full knowledge of all of the facts.

If you are not married to him then you can call the police and get the child back now because he has no rights until he enforces them. If you are married he can do that although this will not bode well for him in court to behave like that. Contact my office for free consultation 727-446-7659.
