Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

Legal Contracts

My fiancee and I are looking into buying a home. I'm going to be the primary person on the mortage and he is the secondary. I want to look into both of us writing up a contract stating both of us are finanical responsible equally for the home. How do you do that? Both of our names are on the title if we do purchase a home. Is that enough?

Re: Legal Contracts

If both names are on all documents , you are each jointly and solely responsbile. Good luck. I suggest you retain counsel to protect your interests in the purchase.
