Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

I have a legal custody of my girls since my ex husband and I got divorce in 2007.

I would like to know if the father can have or ask for custody or take them a way from me ?

it depends. what does you dissolution of divorce state. Also, does he get visitation? He can modify the visitation to get more visits. Custody - may be not - depends on why he would request a change of custody? How old are the girls - do they want to be with him .
