Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

I have legal custody of my son and am getting married to an airman in the airforce. Can my ex stop me from moving with my husband?

Moving requires permission of the other parent or the judge. Moves are not often granted in Florida, especially just because you marry someone whose career causes them to move.
