Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

What is the legal definition of "weekend"? I live in Florida and have weekend visitation with my son and his mother is pushing back for me to get him on Saturday instead of Friday.

There is no legal definition of "weekend." If you had a good lawyer when you put together your agreement, you should have defined weekend visitation as something like "Friday after school to Monday at the start of school." If you didn't have a lawyer, then shame on you. Now you'll have to fight it out with the mother or spend extra money going back to court to settle it.
