Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

I want to know how I go about having legal guardianship of a child who is living in Chile. I know his parents and they want a better life for their son. I reside in Florida what do I have to do?

You'd have to speak to a Chilean lawyer. Florida would not have jurisdiction over a child in Chile.
