Legal Question in Family Law in Florida
legal guardianship over a child
I would like to make a provision in my Will for someone in Florida to have legal guardianship over my child should I die. Do I need a seperate legal document to this effect, or can I just state it in my Will?

Be sure that the choice is willing to accept the responsibility.

Provision in will is appropriate, Speak with them first.
